Perfect Attendance Celebration

To celebrate the students with perfect attendance for the months of September, October and November, a school wide assembly was held. Each student received a certificate and pencil to commend their efforts in showing up to school every single day! Parents are also receiving a certificate for their support in getting students to come to school. Thank you panther parents! As Ms. Marshall always says, "You miss one day, you miss a lot."

One Step Ahead

The ELA team is hard at work with the support from the amazing literacy coach Ms. Quintin and awesome Megan Cripps of District 32. Teachers are hard at work unpacking Next Generation Learning Standards (NGLS) to strengthen instruction and prepare students for the upcoming State Tests in Spring 2023.

Showing Gratitude

Right before Thanksgiving weekend, the Panther Choir and Prancing Panthers helped us celebrate our gratitude by performing at the District 32 Community Gratitude Luncheon and school assembly. The choir sang aloud with the support of Mr. Bratton which inspired Ms. Marshall to jump in and sing along. Then, the Prancing Panthers followed the harmonious performance with their fierce dance in their purple tutus. Students and staff were also invited to share out what they were grateful for, such as family, food, life, God, etc.

What an amazing way to start off the Thanksgiving Weekend. Shout out to the assembly by Coach GG, Mr. Bratton and Ms. Marshall!
